Acrobat Print properties is in japanese instead of english. How do I change it back to english?

My adobe Acrobat Print properties are reading in Japanese. It wasn't like this before, but it started a few days ago.

I didn't change any language settings on my machine and it was in english before. I have no idea what happened.
