In order to find out what is the root cause, could you please share the below details?
1. What is the browser version while placing the order?
2. At which step of the purchase process did you experience the issue? e.g. After entering payment information? After submitting the order? etc.
3. What issue did you experience? e.g. page not found, page did not load, page loads indefinitely, page presents an error message, page redirects to another page, etc.
