Payment still pending via paypal

Hi,

This is my second month of adobe illustrator CC, i am paying by paypal, the first payment was fine, but in my paypal account it says payment still pending (from the 25th oct)

I need to change something with my paypal account but i can't until that payment is cleared.

What do i need to do to get that payment confirmed?
