Re: Since when I bought the Acrobat Reader on November 23, 2015 it never worked. Does not convert PDF file to Word or Excel. An error sentence says: service unavailable. I want to request cancellation. How I to proceed? I will stay 12 months paying for so

I'm sorry for the inconvenience that has caused to you.

Please ensure that you are using the latest version of Reader.

You might try signing in at "http://cloud.acrobat.com/exportpdf" using your Adobe ID and then try exporting the file.
