Hello,
I tried the search but it seems to have found nothing..
Regardless my issue is pretty weird and will be quite difficult to explain but I will do my best to be as descriptive as possible here.
First and foremost, I will start off with the basics. The HP Laserjet Pro 400 MFP printers we have here in the office are networked printers. They are able to print PDF documents just fine as I have tested so by saving a doc onto a USB, plugging it into the printer and printing it.
I have already contacted HP for the issue I have, we have tried multiple drivers, tried different settings (both on the printer and my print settings) yet the issue I face remains).
The issue:
Let me start this off by saying that the pages PRINT. So when I tell a page to print. The PC communicates with the printer and the document prints. However, it's not printing as intended. For example. I have a Title page that has just 2 words at the top of the page, and our department logo on the bottom right corner of the page. When I attempt to print said page, it will place the logo directly under my title. I can never get this page to print properly. This affects everyone here on multiple documents of the same nature.
Does anyone have any suggestions? We are all running Adobe Reader X and on Windows 7 32 Bit machines.
