My membership expired and I renewed. Now I can only access Photoshop with license for Creative Cloud Complete Membership. I have spent a number of hours on the phone and 2 hours yesterday on a shared screen with someone over at Adobe who has to me "I have eliminated all possibilities of this being a user error or configuration error. I will escalate this case for further troubleshooting." They are supposed to contact me via email as soon as there is an update and I have heard nothing. This has been going on for over a week. Does anyone have any ideas? SOMEONE PLEASE HELP
