PSE 13 prints with greenish tint

I'm using PSE 13 with Windows 10 and printing to a Canon inkjet, i9900.  I've tried printing with the printer managing color and with Elements managing color and I pictures with decidedly green flesh tones and overall greenish tint.  If I insert the picture in a document it prints with the correct colors.
