Hey guys, I'm about to jump back into the world of editing for personal use after a decade of being away from it. So I'm way out of touch. I'm going to build a computer (or buy, not sure yet) just for Premiere. It won't be used for anything else. Is it safe to go with Adobes recommended specs or are those a bit conservative? I will mostly be editing old SD material and maybe cell phone video for a while. Probably won't get into anything more high def than that. I'm thinking 16 gigs of ram, but beyond that is there anything else I should consider above the recommended specs? Also, is windows 10 performing OK with it or should I consider something older?
