Problem in Premiere Pro 2015:
In timeline, dragging and contextual menu of audio clips has become impossible.
Left click does select the clip, but when trying to drag, the only result is a selection marquee (thin continuous line box next to selected audio cilp, circled in red in screenshot below).
Dragging and contextual menu of video clips works fine, though.
No major recent hard- or soft-ware change to the computer.
Same behaviour for project opened on different user account.

Tried several different type of mouse.
