Hi Ninosel,
Thanks for highlighting this. Currently it's not possible to change the colors of markers, after they have been logged into, in prelude the way it can be done in Pre Pro.
Although, the colors can be changed even after logging, but the colors of all markers would be changed. consider the following scenarios :
1. Add some markers; comments and subclips on any media file. Go to Edit-->preferences-->Marker. Select the marker type and the corresponding color. OK
Come back to timeline where you logged in some markers. The colors of all same type of markers would be changed.
Though, you can't have different colors for the different markers of same type.
2. I hope you have tried tag templates from prelude-->window-->tag. With tags, you can define tags of different colors. They work similar to comment markers.
You can create tags of 100s of colors and log them into media files.
Though you won't be able to change the color of already logged tags/comments, but surely you can change the colors of tags as similarly & easily as Pre pro.
Tags would also give you a diverse range of colors, so may be you won;t feel like changing the colors of markers after logging.
I hope it helps. Do reply in case of any confusion.
Thanks,
Mayjain
