When I try to open PS I get the Message "Adobe Photoshop CS6 cannot be opened because of a problem"

I am using Mac OS X Yosemite. All of my other Adobe products opened with no problem.

If I look at the error details I see:

Dyld Error Message:   Library not loaded: @executable_path/../Frameworks/libtbb.dylib   Referenced from: /Applications/Adobe Photoshop CS6/Adobe Photoshop CS6.app/Contents/MacOS/Adobe Photoshop CS6   Reason: image not found
