Are you using the Creative Cloud versions?

 

If so, please install the Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop from here if you don't already have it.

Then, you can use the Creative Cloud Desktop App to install apps.

Creative Cloud Help | Download, install, update, or uninstall apps


If they are already installed but not showing up as subscribed:

Please login and confirm that your account shows the proper subscription with your Adobe ID: https://www.adobe.com/account.html

Next, sign out and back in to Creative Cloud with the same Adobe ID: http://helpx.adobe.com/creative-cloud/kb/sign-in-out-creative-cloud-desktop-app.html
